The PhysicalMind Institute recently issued an updated version of its Chair Encyclopedia. The original book was published in 2004 and the latest edition within the last month or so. Since the original book was issued, Peak Pilates became a licensee for the patented Chair design which was created by and is owned by Joan Breibart. Peak has brought chair work to the masses with their MVe program which is offered in many gym settings in addition to Pilates studios. The books are nearly identical with the newer edition offering photographs in color. Photographs in the older version are black and white.
