		<description>I find the angle the foam roller creates is uncomfortable for a lot of my clients so we use a pool noodle instead, those thinner tubes used in water aerobics classes. Same effect of the roll, but shoulder is in much less extension.</description>

		<description>Be aware some clients will use their lats instead of their seratus on this exercise.  Also if there is any shoulders  problems, this might be too much range of motion.
