		<description>One of my regular clients has just completed her first Iron Girl Triathlon, in addition to the swimming, cycling and running, Pilates has been an invaluable part of her overall training routine.  Even as an accomplished swimmer she found swimming in open water much different to the pool.  She commented how the Pilates has helped her core strength and got her through a very tough swim.  I would definitely recommend Pilates to all athletes to achieve balance in their training routines.</description>
