		<description>Looks like she is moving her head and arms more than rotating her torso. She keeps turning her head with her neck muscles gripping. Not ideal form.
Also, why is it that you mention the abdominals and not the Iliopsoas, which is obviously engaged as she is holding and moving the legs in the air, thus using the primary hip flexor.</description>
