I am currently an Asst. Strength and Pilates Coach for The University of Texas at Austin. I trained and received my certification through PhysicalMind Institute and have been training people with Pilates since 2000.

I train the UT football team, women's volleyball and men's tennis teams using Pilates in a "power" type training regimen. We have seen great results from core strengthening to increased flexiiblity. Athletes have learned to use their breathing to be more efficient and powerful with their sport and injuries have been cut to a minimum.

It has been a very rewarding experience to work with a program that is on the cutting edge of athletics.

Sincerely,
Meleah Matthews
