Great article, I've found that as both a marathon runner and Pilates instructor, the Pilates has help me greatly in keeping my body in balance. It is an important part of my overall fitness routine and has improved my core strength and has help me achieve faster marathon times.

Thanks for sharing

I have found that years of running made my knees ache. My friend suggested pilates and the results were amazing. I could feel my legs getting stronger and the rest of my body reacting to the toning and stretching. Now, 5 years later I find running is easier, I'm faster at 40 then at 30 and I know that pilates has helped me balance my muscles and build bone density.

Thanks for the information.
