		<description>I have found that years of running made my knees ache.  My friend suggested pilates and the results were amazing.  I could feel my legs getting stronger and the rest of my body reacting to the toning and stretching.    Now, 5 years later I find running is easier, I&#039;m faster at 40 then at 30 and I know that pilates has helped me balance my muscles and build bone density.
