We appreciate your opinion and thank you for the recommendation of the MVe Challenge DVD. Several of Peak's MVe Fitness DVD's are geared to combining fitness along with their equipment, this includes fitness moves off and on the equipment. I have found with Peak Pilates, they are excellent in customer service and receiving feedback. I wouldn't hesitate to contact them before purchasing any other DVD's in the series and I know they would help guide you. They would even appreciate knowing what you are looking for in the future.

I have been very disappointed by two of the DVDs I purchased to go along with my MVe chair. Although I am not a Pilates professional, I have been doing Pilates for four years and work out every day on my MVe chair and reformer. I was really disappointed with the MVe Latin Dance Fusion Chair DVD. It begins with well over 15 minutes of dance moves and stretches that had absolutely nothing to do with the chair. This isn't why I bought a DVD to work out with my chair.

I love the MVe Challenge DVD, which is clear, uses the chair for all but the beginning stretches and 100 (which isn't 100).

Dance moves and stretches should be brief in a DVD associated with a piece of equipment. The exercises should primarily focus on using the equipment.
