		<description>For someone who experiences knee pain I would suggest making sure they are not locking the knee joint. If that doesn&#039;t alleviate the pain, I would recommend going back to the prep. It&#039;s possible that the client doesn&#039;t have enough upper body strength to support the more difficult progression. For someone who continues to have the pain, I would eliminate the exercise from their routine.</description>
