Support Forum Guidelines
Pilates Digest's support forum is a place where Pilates Digest members can help each other and share ideas. The Pilates Digest support team will be posting in the forum regularly, responding to and moderating the topics and posts that the community writes. This forum has been created so that our members can quickly find answers to questions about Pilates. Please follow these guidelines so that the forum is a positive and useful place for everyone:
1. Please respect others opinions. You may disagree, but please disagree respectfully.
2. You may not harass, abuse, or threaten other members or individuals or groups.
3. You may not post content that is harmful to minors. You may not post content that is obscene, otherwise objectionable, or in violation of federal or state law.
4. Stay on topic. If you constantly stray from the topic you may be moderated or removed from a group altogether by the moderator.
5. You may not use the Pilates Digest support forum for commercial or advertising purposes.
6. You may not post content which infringes the intellectual property, privacy or other rights of third parties.

Pilates Digest, in its sole discretion, may terminate or remove any content, or your Pilates Digest membership immediately and without notice if:
